Desecration of the American Flag? This car dealership went wherever (belly up?) on Van Nuys Boulevard and Chandler Boulevard, in Van Nuys California, Los Angeles. For months the shredded American Flags flew. We were horrified that the business was not required to take these flags down. WE SERIOUSLY QUESTION THE USE OF OUR GREAT AMERICAN FLAG AS A MARKETING TOOL, if the flags are not well cared for.
We were ready to contact the City Councilman of this district to protest, but we went back out there and a new business seems to have opened at this location.
